MONGOLIA
Mongolia lies in central Asia between Siberia to the north and China to the south. It´s a Land full of vast empty spaces, nearly double the size of Eastern Europe. It´s a country filled with horses, sheep, goats and shaggy yaks. Just a few hours away from any city one can encounter eagles and buzzards flying over head.
A large percentage of the country still lives a nomadic or semi nomadic lifestyle with horse culture being an integral part of it. The locals believe there´s a piece of God rooted in each horse.
This landscape is vast and breathtaking, with its mountainous regions to the north and west and the Gobi desert to the south and the famous Mongolian-Manchurian steppe.

ITINERARY
Day 1:
Meeting in Ulan Bator, Trip to the Khustai National Park, Healing Sessions
After meeting we will head off to the Khustai National Park. The Khustai National Park is located 110 km south of Ulan Bator City. It has been a nature reserve since 1993 and covers a 50 000 hectare area. It used to be known as the area of the Mongolian wild horses, the Thaki, the last living ancestor of the modern Mongolian horse. The Thaki is also known as the Przewalski horse, the species that once roamed the steppes of Central Asia and Europe.
Since 1968 it has been listed as extinct in the wild. The reintroduction of the Przewalski horse to the wild is part of the world-wide program of reintroducing endangered species to their Mongolian habitat. Currently, there are 300 specimens already breeding in the area.
Today, the Thaki is the only wild horse alive in the world.
The park is also bio-diversified regarding other species of rare wild animals and plants.
This provides an extreme abundance of wildlife in the park.
After the park we will be staying at a ger of a nomadic family where Aga will perform Healing Sessions for the group.

Its surrounding was formed by volcanic activities approximately 20 000 years ago. The waterfall combines the waters of two rivers: Orkhon and Ulaan. In the native language ¨Ulaan¨ means ¨red¨. That is why the locals named the waterfall ¨Red´s Flows¨.

WHAT ARE ANTAH JOURNEYS?
When confronting specific problem areas in your life, it is easier to make these changes when you are away from your usual surroundings. Antah Journeys are powerful retreats that take participants on a journey of healing and discovery. During these journeys we will address specific issues while also being emerged in the location, chosen specifically for the purpose of the journey. We have held Abduncance Workshops in Dubai and Hong Kong and Healing Retreats in Glastonbury, UK.
